Economic Impact
The following report was created in for Kamloops Daybreak Rotary and was prepared by O’Leary and Associates Ltd. The objective of this study is to quantify the positive economic impact of the Interior Savings Ribfest, presented by Daybreak Rotary, to the City of Kamloops.
During the days of August 11th through 13th of 2017, an intercept survey was conducted with the help of over a dozen volunteers. During those three days, 342 responses were collected from various attending groups. At the same time 2,995 “rib running orders” and their associated data points were also recorded. The data from those two sources has provided the information from which this report was created.
