Welcome! We are pleased to have you join us in the Family Fun Zone. The Family Fun Zone is a place of fun and enjoyment for the whole family, providing free activities for children and promoting your organization.

Forms must be completed by May 30th, 2026. Payment is due July 15th, 2026.

The Participant must carry appropriate Insurance for this event. The City of Kamloops requires that the policy must have a minimum of $2,000,000.00 general liability coverage and name the 'Kamloops Sports Council' and the 'City of Kamloops' as additional insured.

Event Details:

The Kamloops Ribfest 2026 is the 14th Annual Kamloops Ribfest. Ribfest is a family-oriented rib cooking competition. Five professional ribber teams have been invited to the event. Additional food providers are encouraged to apply.

1.1 Event Organizer's Responsibilities.

The Event Organizer will, at its own cost, produce, manufacture, install and remove all sponsorship signage and other materials particularized above.

1.2 Booth Participant Responsibilities.

The Participant will, at its own cost:

(a) Carry the appropriate Insurance for this event. Please note the City of Kamloops has specified insurance requirements on the Certificate of Insurance. The policy must have minimum of $2,000,000.00 general liability coverage and name the 'Kamloops Sports Council' and the 'City of Kamloops' as an additional insured.

1.3 Termination.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party on providing thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the other party.

1.4 Risk.

The Participant agrees that all equipment, inventory, personal items or other property of the Participant brought to Ribfest (excluding the Sponsorship Goods & Services), is done so at the Participant's own risk, and that neither the City of Kamloops nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any loss or damage to such property.
