The Family Fun Zone is a place of fun and enjoyment for the whole family. We are pleased to invite you to join the fun, by providing free activities for children and promoting your organization.

For-Profit Organization Booth: $500 (Booth in Family Fun Zone and inclusion in all Family Fun Zone materials.)

Non-Profit Organization Booth: $200 (Booth in Family Fun Zone and inclusion in all Family Fun Zone materials.)

Sustainability

All participants in the Zaaz Family Fun Zone are expected to follow Kamloops Ribfest’s Sustainability Policy.
•Give-a-away items must be approved by the Sustainability committee for how they get recycled part of the zero-waste initiative.
• All non-recyclable items must be brought out of the park by the booth participant.

Contract

Event Details: The Rotary Club of Kamloops Daybreak’s Ribfest 2024 is the 12th Annual Kamloops Ribfest. Ribfest is a family-oriented rib cooking completion. Six professional ribber teams have been invited to the event. Additional food providers are encouraged to apply.

Event Date: August 9-11, 2024 - 11 am to 9:30 pm

1.1 Event Organizer’s Responsibilities. The Event Organizer will, at its own cost, produce, manufacture, install and remove all sponsorship signage and other materials particularized above.

1.2 Booth Participant Responsibilities. The Participant will, at its own cost:
(a) Adhere to the Event Organizer’s Sustainability Policy, where applicable to the Participant.
(b) Carry the appropriate Insurance for this event. Please note the City of Kamloops has specified
insurance requirements on the Certificate of Insurance. The policy must have minimum of
$2,000,000.00 general liability coverage and name the ‘Rotary Club of Kamloops Daybreak’ and the
‘City of Kamloops’ as an additional insured.

1.3 Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party on providing thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the other party.

1.4 Risk. The Participant agrees that all equipment, inventory, personal items or other property of the
Participant brought to Ribfest (excluding the Sponsorship Goods & Services), is done so at the Participant’s own risk, and that neither the City of Kamloops nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any loss or damage to such property.
